Eating out?

Hi all, this post is to remind that Chinese New Year 2014 and Valentines Day is all over! I'm sure you all had a wonderful New Year and Valentines celebration. People around me (including me) are complaining about gaining weight, well, if you are one of the "victims", this is the time to stop giving excuses and go back to your diet!

***A diet does not necessarily means caloric restriction, but it simply means eating healthy food in the correct portion to keep you healthy and wealthy!***

Since most of you have started work, I guess eating out would be more frequent!

Today, I'm here to share 5 tips on healthy eating, especially when you're eating out.


1. Eat a variety of food in moderation

 
2. Practice healthy plate when you pick your dishes


3. Limit thick gravy on rice 

Yummy, but watch out your calories
 
4. End your meals with a fruit


5. Pick zero calorie drink as your choice of drink during meals  
(eg. plain water/tea, barley 'kosong', Lemongrass drink wothout sugar)


Choose your food wisely, have a healthy day!
