Healthy eating The Key To Prosperity

Chinese New Year is just around the corner and it is considered the most important festival to the Chinese. During this festive occasion, friends and family gather happily and indulge in a plethora of delicacy and festive snacks. However, an uncontrolled manner of eating with less physical activity will lead to undesirable weight gain during the festive season. You can easily gain 0.5 – 1 kg of your body weight with an additional of 500kcal per day of food intake within a week. Therefore, we encourage everyone to practice healthy eating during this Chinese New Year without compromising our health.

Below are 8 tips for Healthy Eating during Chinese New Year:

1.     Eat for taste but not for satiety, Stop eating before you are full.
